By using this application or any utility in this application directly or indirectly you abide by all terms and conditions mentioned herein and that you accept any new or modified terms and conditions that we come up with. By registering for this Application you understand that RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny you access to this application or any portion thereof without notice for the following reasons (a) any unauthorized access or use by you (b) if you assign or transfer (or attempt the same) any rights granted to you under this User Agreement or any other agreement that you may have entered with RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd; (c) if you violate any of the other terms and conditions of this User Agreement. Termination or cancellation of this Agreement shall not affect any right or relief to which RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd. The registration process is authenticated using secured One Time Password (OTP) sent to user’s registered mobile number.
RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd, hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to access to the application provided and expressly conditioned upon your agreement that all such access and use shall be governed by all of the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement. You agree not to "deep-link" to the Application, resell or permit access to the application to others, and not to copy any materials appearing on the Application for resale or for any other purpose to others without the prior written consent of RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd. You shall be responsible and bound by any unauthorized use of the Application, made in breach of this section. You agree not to use any electronic communication feature of Services on the Application for any purpose that is unlawful, tortious, abusive, and intrusive on another's privacy, harassing, libelous, defamatory, embarrassing, obscene, threatening or hateful. The License granted under these Terms and Conditions will terminate if RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd believes that any information provided by you, including (but not limited to) your Registration Credentials, is no longer current or accurate, or if you fail to otherwise comply with any term or condition of these Terms and Conditions and all rules and guidelines for each of the Services. Upon such violation, you agree to cease accessing Services. You agree that RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd, at its sole discretion and with or without notice, may terminate your access to any or all Services, and remove and discard any information or content within the Services.
Unauthorized use of this Application and systems, including, but not limited to, unauthorized entry into RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd’s systems, misuse of any information, is strictly prohibited. You may not use this application in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair this application or service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of this Application. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our application or service and computer systems or networks connected to it, through hacking. You agree that you will not engage in any activities related to this application that are contrary to the applicable laws or regulations in force. RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd may, at its own discretion, use certain technology on its application to collect information from visitors and may compile aggregate statistical information about how visitors use its application, including information relating to the frequency of visits, the average length of visits, which pages are viewed during a visit. No individually identifiable information is collected for this purpose and RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd does not monitor individual visitor behavior.
RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd reserves its right, in its sole discretion, without any obligation and without any notice requirement, to change, improve or correct the information, materials and descriptions on this application and to suspend and/or deny access to this application for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, upgrades, improvements or corrections. RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd may discontinue or change any service described in or offered on this application or in any modules or parts thereof at any time if deems fit and proper. RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd (including its and their partners, employees, affiliates, agents, representatives or subcontractors) shall not be liable for any loss or liability resulting, directly or indirectly, from delays or interruptions due to electronic or mechanical equipment failures, telephone interconnect problems, defects, weather, strikes, walkouts, fire, riots, armed conflicts, acts of war, or other like causes. RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd shall have no responsibility to provide you access to the application while interruption of the application is due to any such cause shall continue.
You agree that, RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd (Including its and their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, group companies agents, representatives or subcontractors) shall not be, in any event, be liable, whether in contract or tort, for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages or other damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use for any purpose whatsoever even if RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd or any other such party has been advised of the possibility thereof. RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd and its affiliates, partners, employees and agents shall have no liability in tort, contract, or otherwise to user and/or any third party. This limitation on liability includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of any viruses which may infect a user's equipment, failure of mechanical or electronic equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems (e.g., you cannot access your internet service provider), unauthorized access, theft, operator errors, strikes or other labor problems or any force majeure. RouteForex Solutions pvt ltd cannot and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to this application.
